We are currently having trouble with our registration form. Please call the office at 239-267-7088, and we will take your information over the phone (a short 5-minute call), or stop by the office and pick up a hard copy of the form.
We are open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, and closed for lunch from 12-1pm.
Our office is located on campus, in building D.
