Registration
Step 1: Online Youth Registration Form
You can register all of your children using one convenient registration form. This form is available for children and youth ages 3–18, and serves both the Children’s Faith Formation program and Youth Ministry.
Please note: There are a few consent forms from the Diocese of Venice. Be sure to read each section carefully and complete all required fields. Media consent is optional.
Step 2: Payment & Fees
Any applicable fees can be paid directly through the online registration form. If you prefer to pay by check or experience any issues with online payment, please email YouthMinistry@ourladyoflight.com or call (239) 267- 7088 for assistance.
Donations: If you would like to make a donation, checks can be made payable to Our Lady of Light (OLOL). Donations may also be submitted through the registration system or via WeShare.
Messaging
Flocknote Communication
OLOL Youth Ministry uses Flocknote for most communication. We encourage all families to create an account and complete their profile so you can stay informed and connected.
Create an Account:
Visit: https://ololym.flocknote.com/home
If you don’t already have an account, click “Get Involved” and follow the prompts to sign up. Be sure to fill out as much information as possible so we can communicate with you effectively.
After Creating Your Account:
Go to Profile → Family Info → Add Family Member and follow the prompts to add each member of your family
Add a profile picture for each account
Go to Profile and opt in to receive emails and text messages
Click Groups and join the groups you or your teen would like to receive updates from
Click Latest to view the most recent Notes and messages sent out
Be sure to download the Flocknote app on your phone, sign in, and check it regularly for updates.

Flocknote Notes:
Notes are messages sent by admins to keep everyone informed and connected. They may include announcements, event information, reminders, or personal follow-ups, and can be sent to a group or directly to an individual. Whether it’s a quick question or an important update, Notes help keep communication organized and clear. To support a safe environment, any message sent to a teen is also automatically shared with you as their proxy contact, so you can stay aware of all interactions. This is why it is important that when you set up your account, you ensure your information is correct, opt in to receive messages and emails, and establish relationships within your family profile and proxy contacts.
Check-in with Kidcheck
All students will check in each meeting using our new program KidCheck. Please ask them set up their account here. Parents, you can sign yourselves up to receive notifications of their coming/going via KidCheck.
